Frequently asked questions about shopping and coffee
What types of coffee do you offer?
We offer Turkish coffee, espresso, V60 coffee, Arabic coffee, flavored coffee and green coffee. Also, available weights and preparation options appear on each product page.
Which coffees are available as whole beans or ground?
Espresso, V60 and flavored coffee are available as whole beans or ground at the same price. However, we sell Turkish coffee and Arabic coffee ground only. Finally, we sell green coffee unroasted.
Do your coffees contain Arabica or Robusta?
Overall, most products are 100% Arabica. Strong Taste Espresso and Strong Taste V60 Blend contain 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. In addition, each product page states the composition.
Are displayed prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All product prices displayed to customers include 5% UAE VAT, and the delivery charges shown at checkout also include VAT.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) on our secure payment page, or in cash on delivery or at pickup. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. For large green-coffee bags, we send a payment link after confirming the delivery cost.
Frequently asked questions about delivery, pickup and returns
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver to all seven emirates. Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the same day in nearby Abu Dhabi cities. Delivery takes 1–3 business days by courier to the rest of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the other emirates, and 2–5 business days to remote areas.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges range from AED 15 to AED 55 per order depending on your city and are shown before you pay. Eligible regular-product orders receive free delivery when the product subtotal reaches AED 300 or more (AED 500 or more for remote areas). Free delivery excludes large green-coffee bags.
How is delivery handled for large green-coffee bags?
The bag price covers the coffee only. The delivery cost depends on your address and the shipping company, so we contact you within one business day after your order to confirm it, then send you a payment link for the full amount. Nothing is charged before you agree, and you can also collect your order from our roastery free of charge. This applies to the 60 kg Brazilian bag and the 20 kg and 50 kg Indian bags. Also, the 1 kg option follows standard delivery rules.
Can I collect my order from the roastery?
Yes. In fact, local pickup is free from Shabiya 12, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, pickup hours are daily from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–10:00 PM.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect product?
Submit a Return & Product Issue Request within 24 hours of delivery and attach a clear photo or video.
